JJ Cale | Roll On
The late American singer-songwriter JJ Cale recorded Roll On, his 14th and final studio album and I was lucky enough to design the package for its release. The design resonates with what Mr. Cale represented as an artist: a rich and dynamic, yet familiar and comfortable sound. The booklet was chosen to be a 3-panel according fold in order to showcase the abstract lines of his guitar silhouette shown throughout.
