Director, Brand & Creative

Lead a creative team and visual brand strategy for an $800M national food manufacturer with multiple owned and partner brands. Oversee concept-to-launch execution across packaging, retail, digital, and B2B marketing channels, driving cohesion and clarity through design.

  • Lead cross functional creative, marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver 360° brand activations balancing creativity and commercial goals.

  • Designed and launched breakthrough packaging concepts that helped secure various retail partnerships resulting in revenue streams of over $400 million including Costco, Walmart, Sams Club, Wholefoods, Trader Joe’s, Aldi, Stew Leonard’s and other regional retailers.

  • Developed and maintained a unified brand system across five acquired brands, elevating shelf presence and storytelling.

Marketing & Design Associate

Partner closely with the labeling specialist to design packaging and label materials for retail and private labels. Creatively directed all product photo shoots and collaborated with photographers. Reviewed web analytics and reports to identify areas for improvement and directed programmers in website adjustments that elevated product awareness and increased revenue. Generated concepts for marketing tools across B2b and B2C channels including sales collateral, merchandising materials, and retail presentations.
